В работе рассмотрена динамика численности населения округов РФ, построены группировки субъектов РФ по численности населения, проанализированы различия и изменения численности населения округов и субъектов РФ. Рассмотрена плотность населения и отношение максимального значения плотности населения субъектов РФ к минимальному по округам. Для анализа степени устойчивости территориальной структуры населения был рассчитан индекс относительной населенности и рассчитан индекс территориальной концентрации населения. Сделаны выводы, что интенсивный культурный, технологический и миграционный взаимообмен между округами может благотворно повлиять на демографические характеристики. Анализ полученных результатов позволил выявить следующие тенденции - территориальная структура населения РФ по степени устойчивости пространственно неоднородна и представлена разными типами регионов. Для 43 субъектов уменьшение значения ИТКН свидетельствует о проявлении процесса территориального рассредоточения. Для остальных 40 субъектов увеличение значения ИТКН свидетельствует о проявлении процесса территориального сосредоточения.

The paper considers the dynamics of the population districts of Russia, built the group of subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of population, analyzes the differences and changes in population districts and subjects of the Russian Federation. We consider the population density and the ratio of the maximum density of regions of the Russian Federation to the minimum by county. For the analysis of the sustainability of the territorial structure of the population was calculated an index of relative population and calculate an index of the territorial concentration of population. It is concluded that the intense cultural, technological and migratory interchange between counties can positively affect the demographic characteristics. Analysis of the results revealed the following trends - the territorial distribution of the population of the Russian Federation on the degree of stability of a spatially homogeneous and represented different types of regions. For the 43 subjects of the decrease in the value ITKN indicates manifestation of the process of territorial dispersal. For the remaining 40 subjects of the increase in value of ITKN indicates manifestation of the process of territorial concentration.
