В научной статье рассмотрены существующие программные комплексы для расчета и составления сметной документации в строительстве. Поставлена проблема автоматизации расчетов основных видов ресурсов, необходимых для выполнения работ по строительству и реконструкции автомобильных дорог, учитывая особенности сметного ценообразования применительно к линейно протяженным объектам. Обоснована необходимость проектирования информационной системы, предназначенной для расчета основных видов ресурсов, необходимых для выполнения работ по строительству и реконструкции автомобильных дорог, и включающей усовершенствованные методы составления расчетно-сметной документации предприятий автодорожного профиля. Для решения указанных проблем предполагается разработать информационную систему предприятия автодорожного профиля. Информационная система должна обеспечить: доступ к ресурсной нормативной базе с использованием многоуровневых меню; калькулирование стоимости эксплуатации машин, транспортных расходов, стоимости материалов на складах и при транспортировании до объекта; калькулирование стоимости продукции подсобного производства; расчет средневзвешенного разряда работ по смете, выполнение расчета заработной платы с учетом 6-разрядной тарифной сетки. Документация должна обрабатываться по сводным сметным расчетам с подключением к MS Excel и MS Word.
