Статья посвящена проблеме региональных инвестиционно-инновационных процессов и их ресурсного обеспечения. Авторами рассмотрена динамика инновационной деятельности в Российской Федерации за период с 2000 по 2011 год, приведены статистические данные инновационной активности в региональном разрезе за 2009–2011 годы, проанализированы изменение инвестиций в основной капитал и изменение структуры источников указанных инвестиций в части кредитного и самообеспечения; обозначена проблема регионального экономического неравенства и предложено ее решение за счет развития межрегионального взаимодействия и сотрудничества, на основе использования накопленного ресурсного потенциала регионов – «локомотивов» роста.

Article is dedicated to the problem of regional investment and innovative processes and their resource support. The authors examined the dynamics of innovation activity in the Russian Federation within the period from 2000 through 2011, the statistical data of innovation activity in the regional section for the years 2009–2011 are given, changes of the fixed asset formation and of the structures of the sources of the investments as the part of the credit and self-provision guarantee are analyzed, the problem of regional economic inequality is designated and is proposed its solution due to the development of interregional interaction and collaboration on the basis of the use of the accumulated resource potential of the regions named «locomotives of increase».
