Цитокиновый дисбаланс, формирующийся у пациентов с нефролтиазом при проведении дистанционной ударно-волновой литотрипсии (ДУВЛТ), требует поиска новых методов фармакологической коррекции. В современных условиях для эффективной оценки проводимого лечения используют дополнительные методы диагностики, как в отечественной, так и в зарубежной литературе большое внимание уделяется изучению цитокинов – биологически активных веществ белковой природы, выполняющих медиаторные функции в развитии ряда патологических процессов, в том числе воспаления. В настоящий момент диагностическая значимость уровня цитокинов заключается в констатации самого факта повышения или понижения уровня их концентрации у данного больного с конкретным заболеванием. Однако для оценки тяжести и прогнозирования течения заболевания, целесообразно определять концентрацию как провоспалительных, так и противовоспалительных цитокинов в динамике. В результате динамического скрининга цитокинового профиля у пациентов с нефролитиазом в программе ДУВЛТ в моче доказана эффективность предложенного нами способа рациональной фармакологической защиты почечной паренхимы с применением нимесулида, которая заключается в нормализации цитокинового дисбаланса на фоне повреждающего воздействия ударной волны.

However, to assess the severity and prognosis of the disease, it is advisable to determine the concentration, as pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the dynamics. As a result of the dynamic screening of cytokine profile in patients with nephrolithiasis in the program DUVLT in urine proved the effectiveness of the proposed method we have a rational pharmacological protection of the renal parenchyma with the use of nimesulide, which is to normalize the cytokine imbalance against the damaging effects of the shock wave.
