Статья обобщает имеющуюся информацию в отечественной и зарубежной литературе о влиянии урологической патологии на стоматологический статус пациентов. Представлен подробный анализ специальных источников о зависимости заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта от функции почек. Приведены убедительные данные о высокой распространенности заболеваний почек во всем мире, что делает данную патологию не только медицинской, но и социальной проблемой. Уточнены признаки, выявляемые при внешнем осмотре больных с патологией почек. Описаны жалобы, наиболее часто предъявляемые нефрологическими пациентами на стоматологическом приеме, и механизм их развития по результатам исследования различных авторов. Отмечены особенности заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта при хронической почечной недостаточности. Указаны возможные причины из возникновения, а также взаимосвязь со стадией заболевания почек.
The article summarizes the available information on the domestic and foreign literature on the impact of urologic diseases on the dental status of patients. A detailed analysis of the dependence of the specific sources of diseases of the oral mucosa of renal function. Presented convincing evidence of the high prevalence of kidney disease in the world, which makes this pathology is not only medical but also social problems.
