В статье рассматриваются условия формирования конкурентоспособности студентов ССУЗ. В частности в этом контексте рассмотрены следующие принципы формирования конкурентоспособной личности: принцип сотрудничества, принцип индивидуально-личностной ориентации обучения, принцип активности, принцип формирования позитивной Я-концепции студента, принцип ориентации студента на саморазвитие ключевых компетенций. Данные принципы преследуют основную цель – формирование ключевых компетенций. При формировании конкурентоспособной личности в контексте компетентностного подхода особое внимание отводится самостоятельной деятельности студентов, которая включает осознание, освоение, овладение нормами и правилами жизни в обществе и благополучное взаимодействие в социуме. Правильно организованная воспитательно-развивающая среда служит залогом успеха формирования ключевых компетенций. Получая соответствующую поддержку в формировании ключевых комтетенций в условиях ССУЗ, студент приходит к личностному саморазвитию, формируя, таким образом, качества конкурентоспособной личности.

The article considers the conditions of student’s competitiveness formation. Particularly, in this context, the following principles of a competitive person are considered: the principle of cooperation, the principle of individual and personal orientation training, the principle of activity, the principle of the formation of a positive self-concept of the student, the principle of student’s self-development of main competences orientation. These principles have the main purpose - building key competences. In the formation of the competitive person in the context of the competency approach special attention is paid to the independent activity of students, which includes awareness, development, mastery of the rules and regulations of life in society and successful interaction in society. Well-organized educational and developing environment is the key to the success of the formation of key competences. Obtaining appropriate support in the formation of key competences in colleges, the student comes to personal self-development, forming the quality of competitive person.
