В статье проведен анализ имитационных и конструктивных проектов в приграничном сотрудничестве постсоветских государств. Авторами обосновывается позиция о том, что именно приграничное сотрудничество и региональная интеграция могут стать основой для разработки и реализации конструктивных проектов для постсоветских государств. Приграничные регионы в силу исторических и социокультурных условий обладают уникальным потенциалом для развития интеграции в хронотопе постсоветского пространства. Выделен ряд проблем, затрудняющих реализацию интеграционных процессов в крупных межгосударственных проектах. Неразрешенность этих проблем придает проектам еврорегионов в большей или меньшей степени характер имитационных практик. The analysis of imitation and positive projects in cross-border cooperation of post-Soviet States has been present in the article. The authors substantiate the position that it is cross-border cooperation and regional integration could become the basis for the development and implementation of design projects for the post-Soviet States. The authors substantiate the position that it is cross-border cooperation and regional integration could become the basis for the development and implementation of design projects for the post-Soviet States. The border regions due to the historical and socio-cultural conditions have unique potential for the development of integration in the timing of the post-Soviet space. The number of problems impeding the implementation in the integration processes in large international projects has been highlighted. Dependence these problems attaches to the projects of euroregions in a greater or lesser extent the nature of the simulation practices. The input of the author´s sociological analysis have been present in the article, its identified the simulation practice in cross-border cooperation, carried out the assessment of the status of integration processes on the post-Soviet space. The authors considered of the model of the euroregion and the experience of implementation of this model on the territory of the Russian Federation. The practical recommendations have been proposed for the further integration in the post-Soviet space.
