Проведен анализ качества жизни больных с последствиями переломов шейки бедренной кости. Использованы разработанная авторами «Анкета социально-гигиенического исследования лиц с переломами шейки бедренной кости» и «Функциональная шкала для нижней конечности» M. Binkley. С помощью очного анкетирования выявлено, что у больных после тотального эндопротезирования отмечено наименьшее снижение показателей качества жизни (самочувствие, двигательная активность, потребность в посторонней помощи, материальное состояние и т.д.) и наибольшее количество хороших оценок качества лечения. Факт сращения перелома шейки бедра не является решающим в изменении общего состояния пострадавшего. После первичного гемиэндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава в 2 раза меньше больных с жалобами на плохое общее состояние по сравнению с перенесшими остеосинтез. Наихудшие результаты качества жизни отмечены у больных с ложными суставами шейки бедренной кости.

The analysis of the life quality of the patients with the after-effects of the femoral neck fracture has been made. As criteria the «Questionnaire of the social-hygienic research of the patients with the femoral neck fractures» and «The functional scale for the lower extremity» by M.Binkley were taken. In accordance with the results of the questionnaire we discovered that in the group of patients after total replacement of the coxal joint the smaller number of cases with the reduction of the life quality indexes (state of health, movement activity, the necessity of the other people help and etc) was revealed and the greatest quantity of the positive estimated treatment. The fact of consolidation of the femoral neck is not the crucial factor in the change of patient status. After the primary hemiendoprothesing of the coxal joint the number of complaints on a bad status was two times less in compari-son with the patients after osteosynthesis. The worst results of the life quality were revealed in the group of pa-tients with the pseudoarthrosis of the coxal joint.
