Проблема полиморбидности становится актуальной в условиях демографического старения населения. Она обусловлена широкой распространенностью основных хронических неинфекционных заболеваний и их тесными патогенетическими взаимосвязями. Сочетанная патология создает новую клиническую ситуацию, требующую учета ее особенностей при выборе тактики ведения пациента на всех этапах медицинской помощи. В предложенной статье авторы попытались модифицировать существующую классификацию полипатии, сделать ее более удобной для использования врачами первичного звена здравоохранения, выделили этапы эволюции полиморбидности.

The problem of multimorbidity is relevant in the context of demographic ageing of the population. It is due to the prevalence of chronic non communicable diseases and their close pathogenetic relationships. Comorbidity creates a new clinical situation. This requires taking into account its characteristics in the choice of tactics of conducting the patient at all stages of medical care. In this publication, the authors make an attempt to modify the existing classification of comorbidity. They want to make it more understandable for use by physicians in primary health care. The authors identified the stages of evolution of multimorbidity for the first time.
