Последнее десятилетие характеризуется пересмотром хирургической тактики относительно операций на маточных трубах и появлением понятия «профилактическая сальпингэктомия». Оценка овариального резерва после операций на маточных трубах является актуальным вопросом. Цель исследования: изучить показатели функционального овариального резерва после операций на маточных трубах. Проведено ретроспективное исследование клинического материала 65 пациенток с диагнозом бесплодие трубного генеза. Уровни АМГ, ФСГ, ингибина В, эстрадиола, объем яичников и число антральных фолликулов были оценены у женщин после радикальных, органосохраняющих операций и у женщин не имеющих в анамнезе операций на маточных трубах. Показатели овариального резерва во всех исследуемых группах соответствовали референсным значениям. Отмечалась тенденция к ухудшению большинства исследуемых параметров в основной группе, особенно после радикальных операций. Статистически значимых различий между группами не выявлено. Таким образом, после операций на маточных трубах у женщин репродуктивного возраста отмечается тенденция к снижению показателей функционального овариального резерва.
The last decade characterized by revision a tactics of fallopian tube surgery and appearing the concept of prophylactic salpingectomy. Evaluation of the ovarian reserve after fallopian tube surgery is an actual issue. Purpose of this investigation is the studying of indicators of the functional ovarian reserve after surgical intervention on the fallopian tubes. A retrospective evaluation of clinical data of 65 women with diagnosis of tubal infertility was performed. The levels of AMH, FSH, inhibin B, esthradiol, ovarian volume and antral follicle count was examined in woman after radical, conservative tubal surgery, and in women without tubal surgery in the anamnesis. The indicators of the ovarian reserve was comply to the reference values. Tendency to decrease of the most indicators was noted especially in the salpingectomy group. A statistically significant differences between groups not identified. Thus, women of the reproductive age after fallopian tube surgery has tendency to decrease of the indicators of the functional ovarian reserve.
