Проведено морфологическое изучение ткани плаценты при ранней (развившейся до 34 недель гестации, n=26) и поздней (развившейся после 34 недель гестации, n=84) преэклампсии и рассчитаны показатели диагностической значимости выявления синцитиальных узелков в терминальных ворсинах плаценты. Установлено, что у пациенток, страдающих ранней преэклампсией, отмечалось значимое преобладание (в 65,4% наблюдений) умеренного количества синцитиальных узелков в терминальных ворсинах плаценты по сравнению с группой раннего контроля (плаценты на сроке гестации до 34 недель). В большинстве (51,2%) наблюдений поздней преэклампсии определялось выраженное количество синцитиальных узелков в терминальных ворсинах плаценты. Выявленные различия в выраженности синцитиальных узелков при ранней и поздней преэклампсии, видимо, отражают особенности патогенеза заболевания.
It was carried out morphological study of placental tissue at early (beginning before 34 weeks of gestation, n=26) and late (beginning after 34 weeks of gestation, n=84) preeclampsia and calculated parameters of the diagnostic significance of detection of syncytial knots in the terminal villi of the placenta. It was found that patients who suffer the early preeclampsia, was a significant predominance of a moderate amount of syncytial knots in the terminal villi of the placenta (in 65.4% of cases) compared to a group of early control (placenta for up to 34 weeks of gestation). In most cases of the later preeclampsia (51,2%) determined a pronounced number of syncytial knots in the terminal villi of the placenta. Identified differences in the expression of syncytial knots at early-and late-onset preeclampsia, apparently, reflect the peculiarities of the disease pathogenesis.
