Массовое сознание людей разных национальностей и религий в Казахстане занимает конфликтное маргинальное положение. В группу риска в сложившейся ситуации попадает молодежь, находящаяся в стадии интеграции личностной идентичности. Привычные способы организации личностного опыта часто утрачивают действительную инструментальность из-за быстрой изменчивости информационных систем. Изучение конструктивно-смысловой составляющей идентичности определено наличием противоречия между необходимостью формирования у студентов навыков гибкого конструирования личного опыта и отсутствием работ, посвященных этой проблеме. Современное профессиональное высшее образование нуждается в такой подаче учебного материала, которая способствовала бы становлению идентичности личности учащихся через повышение мыслительной активности, увеличение вариативности когнитивных стилей.

The mass consciousness of people of different nationalities and religions in Kazakhstan receives contradictory marginality, to the risk in the current situation becomes a youth, which is in the stage of integration of personal identity. Habitual ways of organizing personal experience often lose the actual instrumentality because of the rapid variability of information systems. The study of the structural and semantic component of the identity is determined by the presence of a contradiction between the need to develop students´ skills in a flexible structure of personal experience, and the lack of works devoted to this problem. Currently, the mass consciousness of people of different nationalities and religions took contradictory marginalization, and it´s risk. In the current situation is largely a youth who is in the active phase of the search for identity. Modern higher vocational education should be the delivery of educational material that promotes the formation of self-identity of students by increasing mental activity, increased variability in cognitive styles.
