Одним из основных расстройств мочеиспускания, встречающихся у лиц старшей возрастной группы и представляющих серьезную проблему, является недержание мочи. Распространенность инконтиненции у пациенток пожилого и старческого возраста составляет более 70% и в постменопаузальном периоде постепенно прогрессирует. В статье описаны факторы риска, способствующие развитию недержания мочи, и их особенности в пожилом и старческом возрасте. Особое внимание уделяется выявлению факторов риска недержания мочи. Также обсуждаются вопросы устранения и коррекции этиологических факторов, вызывающих инконтиненцию, их клинический эффект и побочное действие и причины неблагоприятных результатов лечения. В статье представлен анализ распространенности факторов риска у пациентов с недержанием мочи, а также изучено их влияние на развитие недержания мочи.

One of the main urination disorder which are found in persons of the older age group and represent a serious problem, – urine incontinence. Prevalence of incontinence in patients of elderly and older age reaches more than 70% and in the post-menopausal period gradually progresses. In article the risk factors promoting development of urine incontinence, and their feature at elderly and older age are described. The special attention is paid to detection of risk factors promoting development of urine incontinence. Also questions of elimination and correction of risk factors promoting development of urine incontinence and their clinical effect and side effect and reasons of adverse treatment results are discussed. The analysis of prevalence of risk factors promoting development of urine incontinence in patients with urine incontinence is reflected in article, and also their influence of development of urine incontinence is studied.
