В данной статье изложены современные данные об эффективности применения акупунктуры при хронической боли в нижней части спины на основании отечественной и зарубежной литературы, где подчеркивается актуальность проблемы боли в нижней части спины, разнообразие подходов к её лечению с предпочтением комплексного, мультидисциплинарного подхода, включающего в себя комбинированное использование лекарственных средств, различных методов физиотерапии, мануальной терапии, массажа, лечебной физкультуры и акупунктуры. С использованием современных методов исследования изложены доказательства эффективности акупунктуры в качестве дополнительной терапии при лечении пациентов с хронической болью в поясничном отделе позвоночника: снижение болевого синдрома, улучшение функциональной активности на короткий период, отсутствие необходимости применения дополнительных лекарственных препаратов, сокращение времени нетрудоспособности,улучшение качества жизни

This article presents modern data on the effectiveness of acupuncture in chronic lower back pain on the basis of domestic and foreign literature, which stresses the importance the problem of lower back pain, a variety of approaches to its treatment with a preference for an integrated, multidisciplinary approach, including the combined use of drugs, various methods of physiotherapy, application of manual therapy, massage, physical therapy and acupuncture. Due to modern methods of research presented evidence for the effectiveness of acupuncture as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic pain in the lumbar spine: a decrease of pain and improvement functional activity on short period, no need to use additional drugs, reducing of disability time, improvement of live quality
