В статье анализируются тенденции и специфические особенности ресурсного потенциала отраслей услуг социальной инфраструктуры, в том числе снижения среднегодовой численности занятых в отраслях социальной инфраструктуры, разрыва между уровнем квалификации работников отраслей социальной инфраструктуры и уровнем оплаты их труда, что нашло свое закономерное отражение в падении доли среднегодовой численности занятых в отраслях социальной инфраструктуры в совокупной численности занятых в экономике России, падения удельного веса основных фондов социальной инфраструктуры в совокупном объеме основных фондов экономики, роста ежегодного учетного износа основных фондов,превышения параметров сроков службы и возраста основных фондов социальной инфраструктуры по сравнению с аналогичными показателями по экономике в целом, опережающего прироста финансовых ресурсов экономики в целом по сравнению с темпами прироста финансовых ресурсов отраслей социальной инфраструктуры,что может создавать системные структурные дефекты пропорциональности экономического развития и может отрицательно отразиться на темпах экономического роста.

In the article are analyzed the tendencies and the specific special features of the resource potential of the branches of the services of the social infrastructure, including of reduction in the average annual volume of employment in the branches of social infrastructure, break between the level of the qualification of the workers of the branches of social infrastructure and the level of the remuneration for their labor, which found its regular reflection in a drop in the fraction of the average annual volume of employment in the branches of social infrastructure in the joint volume of employment in the economy of Russia, drop in the specific weight of the fixed capital for social infrastructure in the joint volume of the fixed capital for the economy, increase in the yearly stock-taking wear of the fixed capital, exceeding of the parameters of the periods of service and age of the fixed capital for social infrastructure in comparison with the analogous indices from the economy as a whole, the anticipating increase in the financial resources of the economy as a whole in comparison with the rates of increase in the financial resources of the branches of social infrastructure, which can to create the system structural defects of the proportionality of economic development can negatively be reflected in the rates of economic increase.
