В статье раскрывается процесс разработки ценностно-смыслового содержания компетентности и технология его реализации в профессиональной подготовке будущих сотрудников полиции. Обосновывается понятие «ценностно-смысловое содержание компетентности» сотрудника полиции. При определении содержания важным фактором выделяется учет требований квалификационной профессиограммы, в сочетании с новыми социально-культурными требования к сотрудникам полиции. Раскрыта технология реализации ценностно-смыслового содержания компетентности, в которой реализуются личностно-профессиональный, интерактивный и контекстный подходы. Для конкретизации и формирования в процессе профессиональной подготовки ценностно-смыслового содержания компетенций в работе выделяются следующие структуры личности: идеальные потребности, гуманистические ценностные ориентации и творческое профессиональное мышление. В статье предложены критерии определения качества подготовки будущих полицейских, на основе компетентностного подхода, а также средства их оценки. Решение поставленной задачи в работе видится в активизации внутренней мотивации сотрудников полиции на социально-значимый и общественно-полезный характер правоохранительной деятельности, через реализацию ценностно-смыслового содержания компетенций будущего сотрудника полиции. Материалы реализованы в образовательном процессе вузов МВД России.

The article reveals the process of the development of value-semantic content of the competence and technology of its realization in the training of future police officers. It explains the concept of "value-semantic content of competence of a police officer. When determining the contents important factor stands out the requirements of qualification and job description in combination with the new social and cultural requirements for police officers. The technology of implementation of valve – semantic content of the competency is revealed in which they are earned personal and professional, interactive and contextual approaches. Are realized for a concrete definition and formation in the process of professional preparation of value-semantic content of the competences in the work are the following structures of personality are put forward: the ideal needs, humanistic value orientation and creative professional thinking. The article suggests the criteria for determining the quality of training of future police officers, competency-based approach, as well as means of assessment. The solution of this problem is seen in the work in enhancing of intrinsic motivation of police officers on socially significant and socially useful nature of law enforcement activities, through the implementation of value-semantic content of the competencies of the future police officer. The materials are implemented in the educational process of universities of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia.
