Цель работы: Изучить отношение родственников и близких больного к открытости отделения реанимации для посетителей.Материалы и методы:Проведено очное анкетирование 47 респондентов и заочное (телефонное) анкетирование 10 интервьюируемых (всего 57 человек).Результаты: Проведенное нами анкетирование показало потребность респондентов в посещении своих близких и родных, находящихся в реанимационных отделениях. Большая часть опрошенных (73,6%) готова регулярно посещать своих близких, в том числе оказывать посильную помощь медицинскому персоналу при осуществлении ухода за больным, а67% респондентов видит в этом потенциальную пользу для пациента. Выводы: Проблема доступности отделений реанимации для посещения пациентов назрела для открытого обсуждения, как на профессиональном, так и на общественном уровне.

Objective: to study the attitude to ability of visiting patients in intensive care unit. Materials and methods: 57 patient’s relatives and friends took part in our survey (47 respondents by personal interview and 10 by telephone interview). Results: It was shown that most of the respondents wanted for visiting patients in intensive care unit. More than 70% of them were ready to visit patients in intensive care unit. In addition, 67% of relatives considered it could have a potential benefit to the patient. Conclusion: The openness of Russian ICUs is ready to be discussed in both public and professional societies.
