      <abstract xml:lang="ru" lang-variant="original" lang-source="author">
        <p>Основной целью исследования являлось изыскание молекулярных подходов к идентификации генотипов Triticum aestivum L. по аллельным вариантам Waxy-генов и HMW субъединиц глютенинов на основе методов ПЦР, ПДРФ и секвенирования, для маркер-вспомогательной селекции сортов яровой пшеницы с высокими мукомольно-хлебопекарными и технологическими свойствами зерна. Разработанные и апробированные нами способы генотипирования Triticum aestivum L. по аллельным вариантам Waxy-генов и HMW субъединиц глютенинов обеспечили проведение корректной молекулярно-генетической оценки исследуемых 70 образцов яровой пшеницы селекции ТатНИИСХ с установлением наиболее перспективных генотипов, рассматриваемых в качестве исходного материала для дальнейшей селекционной работы. На разработанный способ проведения ПЦР и ПЦР-ПДРФ для идентификации аллельных вариантов waxy-генов пшеницы получен патент Российской Федерации на изобретение (RU 2 528 748 C1).</p>

      <abstract xml:lang="en" lang-variant="translation" lang-source="translator">
        <p>The main objective of the study is to explore the molecular approaches for identification of Triticum aestivum L. genotypes by allelic variants of waxy-genes and HMW glutenin subunits on the basis of PCR, RFLP and sequencing methods for marker-assisted selection of spring wheat varieties with high flour, baking and technological properties of grain. Methods for genotyping of Triticum aestivum L by allelic variants of waxy-genes and HMW glutenin subunits developed and tested by us ensure the fulfilment of correct molecular-genetic evaluation examined 70 samples of spring wheat breeding of the Tatar research institute of agriculture with the establishment of the most promising genotypes considered as a raw material for further wheat breeding. On the developed method of PCR and PCR-RFLP for identification of allelic variants of waxy-genes in-wheat received a patent for the invention of the Russian Federation (RU 2528748 C1).</p>
