В статье представлены результаты анализа деятельности творческих коллективов учреждений культуры, на основе которых разработана педагогическая модель развития эмоциональной направленности подростков в условиях творческих коллективов учреждений культуры, основанная на аксиологическом подходе. В современных социально-культурных условиях именно подростковый творческий коллектив учреждения культуры становится одним из основных условий развития эмоциональной направленности и ценностных ориентаций. При разработке модели мы опирались на программу, разработанную А.Ф. Афальян «Школа самовыражения». Предлагаемая нами модель включает в себя следующие компоненты: мотивационный, содержательный и интеллектуальный, и основана на принципах: аксиологическом, гуманизации, опоры на творческое начало, педагогической поддержки и целенаправленности. Предполагаемым результатом реализации педагогической модели деятельности учреждений культуры по развитию эмоциональной направленности подростков в творческом коллективе должен стать высокий уровень развития всех ее составляющих.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the activities of the creative teams of cultural institutions on the basis of which developed a pedagogical model for the development of emotional orientation of adolescents in terms of creative teams of cultural institutions, based on axiological approach. In modern socio-cultural conditions, namely adolescent creative collective cultural institutions is becoming a major tool for the development of emotional orientation and values, therefore, when developing the model, we relied on the program, developed by A. F. Avalan "School of expression".. the proposed model includes the following components: a motivational component, informative component and an intellectual component and based on the principles of: axiological, humanization, relying on creativity, pedagogical support and focus. The anticipated result of the implementation of the pedagogical model of the activities of cultural institutions on the development of emotional orientation of adolescents in a creative team should be a high level of development of all its components.
