В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы современности в трехуровневой системе высшего образования. В статье поднимаются вопросы совершенствования иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции аспирантов неязыкового вуза. Автор статьи останавливается на целях и задачах аспирантской подготовки в неязыковом вузе. Рассматриваются компоненты иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции, и определяются содержание и методика совершенствования отдельных компонентов (языковой, речевой и социокультурной компетенций) в процессе обучения аспирантов иностранному языку. Статья обращает внимание на критерии отбора предметного содержания иноязычной дисциплины, рассмотрение аспектов формирования письменной научно-профессиональной коммуникации. В статье также рассматриваются особенности использования интерактивных методов обучения с точки зрения повышения эффективности формирования у аспирантов иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции.

The article deals with the actual problems of the modern society and focuses on the three-leveled system of higher education. The article considers the methodology of development of foreign language communicative competence of postgraduate students in a non-linguistic educational institution. The author of the article considers the main objectives of the postgraduate level of foreign language training in a non-linguistic educational institution. The components of foreign language communicative competence are considered and the content and methodology of these components (linguistic, communicative, and sociocultural) are determined. The article reviews the selection criteria of the content of foreign language discipline and the consideration of the aspects of formation of scientific-professional communication. The peculiarities of the employment of interactive teaching methods aimed at increase of the effectiveness of students’ foreign language communicative competence formation are also considered.
