С помощью двумерного электрофореза и времяпролетной масс-спектрометрии изучен протеомный профиль перитонеальной жидкости при наружном генитальном эндометриозе. Выявлены белки отличия, появляющиеся при наружном генитальном эндометриозе: аполипопротеин А-IV, глобулин, связывающий половые гормоны, компоненты системы комплемента С3 и С4b. К числу белков, отсутствующих при наружном генитальном эндометриозе, относятся фактор дифференцировки пигментного эпителия, транстиретин, гаптоглобин, α-1-антитрипсин и ингибитор апоптоза 6. Обсуждается возможное значение идентифицированных белков в развитии основных нарушений при эндометриозе. Обнаруженные белки отличия могут быть использованы в качестве маркеров этого заболевания.
With the help of two-dimensional electrophoresis and time-of-flight mass-spectrometry the proteomic profile of peritoneal fluid is studied in external genital endometriosis. The proteins of difference which are appearing in external genital endometriosis are identified: apolipoprotein A-IV, sex hormone-binding globulin, complement of C3 and C4b. To number of the proteins which are absent in external genital endometriosis belong pigment epithelium-derived factor, transthyretin, haptoglobin, α-1-antitripsin and apoptosisinhibitor 6. The possible meaning of the identified proteins in the development of the main violations in endometriosis is discussed. Discovered proteins differences can be used as markers of this disease.
