Рассмотрены существующие теоретические концепции, объясняющие процесс управления изменениями в организации, проведен анализ деятельности потребительского общества, играющего важную роль в инфраструктуре агропромышленного комплекса Горномарийского района Республики Марий Эл, проведен анализ происходящих изменений в деятельности кооперативной организации района в условиях рыночной неопределенности по отдельным направлениям управления: кадровый, маркетинговый, функциональный, финансовый аспекты, сделан вывод, что исследуемое потребительское общество имеет достаточный потенциал для обеспечения устойчивого развития, но имеющиеся резервы используются не полностью, разработаны рекомендации по адаптации кооперативной организации к изменениям внешней среды, отмечено, что изменения в кооперативных организациях должны иметь плановый характер, быть системными и учитывать теорию, методику и практику управления изменениями.

The existing theoretical concepts explaining process of management of changes in the organization are considered, the analysis of activity of the consumer society playing an important role in infrastructure of agro-industrial complex of the Gornomariysky area of the Republic of Mari El is carried out, the analysis of the current changes in activity of the cooperative organization of the area in the conditions of arket uncertainty in the certain directions of management is carried out: personnel, marketing, functional, financial aspects, the conclusion is drawn that the studied consumer society has sufficient potential for providing a sustainable development, but the available reserves are used not completely, recommendations about adaptation of the cooperative organization to changes of environment are developed, is noted that changes in the cooperative organizations must have planned character, to be system and to consider the theory, a technique and practice of management of changes existing theoretical concepts explaining process of management of changes in the organization are considered, the analysis of activity of the consumer society playing an important role in infrastructure of agro-industrial complex of the Gornomariysky area of the Republic of Mari El is carried out, recommendations about adaptation of the cooperative organization to changes of environment are developed.
