Для высоко интегрированной экономики инноваций (основанной на массовых технологиях) фундаментальным вопросом является сохранение согласованности множества изменений. Это обеспечивается механизмами интеграции (и реализующими их действие инструментами), определяющими направления совершенствования системы и удерживающими систему как целое в процессе изменений. Например, инструментами интеграции социально-экономической системы являются мораль, религия, технологические стандарты и др. Интегрирующим инструментом является денежное обращение. Вращение денег «собирает» в единое целое множество творческих процессов, происходящих в ТЭС, согласует их. Интернет также выполняет функцию интегратора. В современном мире постоянно возрастает число инструментов и механизмов, поддерживающих интеграцию процессов развития. При этом нужно, чтобы их действие было согласовано, чтобы происходило их тесное взаимное совершенствование. Это создаст уровень интеграции, который не сдерживает развитие, сохраняет обеспечивающую развитие целостность. Проблема формирования быстро развивающейся экономики инноваций связана, в значительной мере, с воспроизводством механизмов интеграции. Особенно это касается технико-экономических систем, т.е. систем, изменение которых, прежде всего, происходит под влиянием новых свойств технологий. В статье рассматривается эволюция механизмов, удерживающих и направляющих технико-экономическую систему в согласованном развитии. Исследуются особенности, обеспечивающие согласованное развитие в современности.

Especially it concerns the technical-economic systems, ie systems which change primarily occurs under the influence of new technologies properties.
