      <abstract xml:lang="ru" lang-variant="original" lang-source="author">
        <p>Автономная кардионейропатия (АКНП)  является очень распространенным  осложнением сахарного диабета, оказывающим  большое влияние на развитие сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и  смертность у пациентов с СД. В настоящей статье представлен обзор оригинальных исследований, посвященных взаимосвязи автономной кардионейропатии и сердечно-сосудистой заболеваемости и смертности, за период с 1982-2013 год, найденных в базах данных PubMed, Medline, электронном каталоге Ирбис научной библиотеки Южно-уральского государственного медицинского университета, электронном каталоге научной библиотеки Первого государственного медицинского университета имени И.М. Сеченова. В обзоре освещены такие вопросы, как влияние автономной кардионейропатии на сосудистую стенку, сочетание АКНП и артериальной гипертензии, АКНП и бессимптомная ишемия миокарда, АКНП и дисфункция ЛЖ, АКНП и смертность.</p>

      <abstract xml:lang="en" lang-variant="translation" lang-source="translator">
        <p>Cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy (CAN)  is a very common complication of diabetes, has a great influence on the development of cardiovascular disease and mortality in patients with diabetes. This article presents a review of the original studies about the relationship between cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy  and cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, over the period 1982-2013 year, found in the databases PubMed, Medline, electronic catalog Irbis of scientific library, South Ural State Medical University, electronic catalog of scientific library, First State medical University named IM Sechenov. The review covered issues such as the impact of CAN on the vessel, the combination CAN and hypertension, CAN and silent myocardial ischemia, CAN and left ventricle dysfunction, CAN  and mortality.</p>
