Изучены функциональные исходы тотального эндопротезирования плечевого сустава у 38 пациентов, проходивших лечение РНЦ «ВТО» им. акад. Г.А. Илизарова в период с 2010 по 2013 г. с использованием балльной шкалы оценки Constant и электромиографии. До артропластики у группы больных с посттравматическим поражением плечевого сустава выявлен более низкий функциональный статус, чем у больных с другими причинами заболеваний. Через 3–4 месяца после эндопротезирования объем движений в суставе в среднем значительно улучшился во всех группах пациентов. Тем не менее, отмечались пациенты с неудовлетворительными результатами, особенно в группе больных с посттравматическими заболеваниями. Отмечена положительная динамика ЭМГ показателей. Однако восстановление n.axillaris через год после эндопротезирования было несущественным.

Using Constant score systems and Electrical Impedance Myography the authors evaluated functional results of 38 reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) performed in department №8 of Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics from 2010 till 2013. This study compared the functional outcomes of RSA in patients with posttraumatic shoulder pathology (1 group) and in patients with another shoulder disease (2 group). Patients from the 1 group had worse functional status than the 2 group patients. Reverse total shoulder arthroplasty has been shown to provide pain relief and improve function an average in both groups. However, there was some patients with bed functional results and no significant improvement n. axillaris according to Electrical Impedance Myography after RSA.
