Вопросы изучения интеллектуального капитала являются исключительно актуальными в условиях формирования постиндустриальной экономики. В настоящей статье проанализированы основные параметры эффективности интеллектуального капитала, предложены коэффициенты для оценки состояния и использования его элементов: коэффициент здоровья сотрудника, коэффициент постоянства клиентской базы и коэффициент интеллектуальной автономии компании. Также уделено внимание возможности сбора, обобщения и подготовки информации о состоянии компонентов интеллектуального капитала посредством разработки форм регистров управленческой отчетности, таких как отчет о состоянии и использовании человеческого капитала, отчет о состоянии и использовании клиентской базы и отчет о состоянии и использовании структурного капитала. Анализ указанной информации необходим для принятия оптимальных экономических решений в части использования интеллектуального капитала.

Researching of the intellectual capital is exclusively actual in the present-day conditions of post-industrial economics. Article gives detailed analysis of the main effectiveness parameters of intellectual capital. It is reported valuable information about offered coefficients to assess the condition and use of its components. According to the article these are coefficient of the employee`s health, coefficient of client base`s constancy and coefficient of the company`s intellectual autonomy. Additionally much attention is given to measurement, processing and communication of information about condition of the intellectual capital`s components by means of developing of the internal reporting registers forms. The authors points out report on a condition and use of the human capital, report on a condition and use of the client base and report on a condition and use of the structural capital. The analysis of this information is necessary for adoption of optimal decision regarding the use of intellectual capital.
