Статья посвящена особенностям эмоционально-мотивационной сферы личности сотрудников МЧС на этапе поступления в реабилитационный центр. Цель данной статьи – эмпирически выявить изменения эмоционально-мотивационной сферы сотрудников государственных спасательной и пожарных служб, связанные с экстремальными особенностями служебной деятельности, в разрезе таких характеристик, как посттравматический стресс, эмоциональное выгорание, нервно-психическое состояние. Психодиагностический инструментарий представлен методиками: опросник травматического стресса для диагностики психологических последствий (И.О. Котенев), диагностика эмоционального выгорания личности (В. В. Бойко), метод цветовых выборов (М. Люшер). Согласно полученным результатам установлена взаимосвязь компонентов постстрессового расстройства с показателями эмоционального выгорания. Выявлено, что слабый контроль над эмоциями является наиболее уязвимым аспектом эмоционально-волевой сферы сотрудников МЧС. Установлено, что компенсаторным механизмом эмоционального выгорания выступает снижение значимости объекта. Область применения результатов: социально-психологическая реабилитация.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of emotional and motivational sphere of the individual emergency workers at the stage of admission to rehabilitation center. The purpose of this article is to empirically identify changes emotional and motivational spheres of government employees rescue and fire services related to extreme features of performance management in the context of such characteristics as post-traumatic stress, emotional burnout, the mental state. Psychodiagnostic instruments presented methods: a questionnaire for the diagnosis of traumatic stress psychological consequences (I.O. Kotenev) Diagnosis of burnout personality (V.V. Boiko), Method of color choices (M. Lyusher). The results show the interrelation of components post-stress disorder with indicators of burnout. Revealed that poor control over emotions is the most vulnerable aspect of the emotional and volitional emergency workers. Found that the compensatory mechanism of burnout appears decline in the importance of the object. The article describes the peculiarities of emotional and motivational sphere of rescuers at the stage of incoming to a rehabilitation center. The interrelation of the components post-stress disorder and rates of emotional burnout is shown. It is revealed that poor control over emotions is the most vulnerable aspect of emotional and motivational sphere of rescuers.
