В статье рассмотрены подходы к определению механизма управления ресурсосбережением, показана роль и значение механизма управления ресурсосбережением на промышленном предприятии, дано собственное определение механизма управления ресурсосбережением, которое стало основой разработки механизма ресурсосбережения на промышленном предприятии. Также представлено обоснование наличия соответствующего инструментария для эффективного управления ресурсосбережением промышленного предприятия. Авторами рассмотрены методы управленческого воздействия: организационные, экономические, социально-психологические, которые применительно к ресурсосбережению промышленных предприятий позволяют определить внутренние резервы мобилизации всех членов трудового коллектива, направленных на достижение результатов деятельности. Разработанный механизм управления ресурсосбережением позволит снизить себестоимость продукции предприятия при прежнем уровне качества продукции.

The article deals with approaches to the definition of the mechanism of management of cost-effective use of resources; moreover, the role and importance of the mechanism of management of cost-effective use of resources is shown. There was given a definition of mechanism of management of cost-effective use of resources, which became the basis for the development of the mechanism of cost-effective use of resources at the enterprise. The authors also presented the grounds of the existence of the appropriate toolkit for the cost-effective use of resources at an enterprise. The authors considered the methods of management measures: organizational, economic, social-psychological, which with regard to the cost-effective use of resources at an enterprise, make it possible to determine the internal reserves of mobilization of all members of the personnel aimed at achievement of performance. The developed mechanism of management of cost-effective use will allow to reduce production cost of an enterprise with the same level of the product quality.
