Рассмотрены макропараметры инновационной активности в странах БРИКС. Определены стратегии поведения транснациональных корпораций в области создания и трансфера нового знания. Показано, что роль локомотива в данных процессах играют компании развитых стран (США, Европа, Япония). Это объясняется тем, что знания особым образом «закодированы», и значит, участники обмена ими должны находиться в схожем интеллектуальном пространстве. Таким образом, происходит передача интеллектуального капитала, созданного и накопленного в стране базирования транснациональных корпораций, их подразделениям в развивающихся странах. Тем не менее ведущие бразильские корпорации встраивают свою деятельность в мировые цепочки создания новшеств, создавая собственные сети, работающие на удовлетворение потребностей своих отраслей как в области технологических решений, так и в области подготовки персонала.

The paper considers the macro parameters of innovation activity in the BRICS countries. The article determines the strategy of transnational corporation’s behavior in the field of creation and a transfer of new knowledge. It means that the drivers of these processes are the companies of the developed countries (the USA, Europe and Japan). The reason for this is that knowledge "is in a special way coded" that is the participants of its exchange have to be in similar intellectual space; therefore, there is a transfer of the intellectual capital, which created and has been saved up in the home countries of transnational corporations, to their divisions in developing countries. Nevertheless, the market-leading Brazilian corporations take part in the world knowledge-creation chains, build own networks, satisfy the branches needs in regard to technological decisions and personnel training.
