Одним из приоритетных стратегических направлений развития системы социально-экономических отношений в России является формирование институтов, обеспечивающих снижение трансакционных издержек. Ведущая роль институтов как фактора, определяющего уровень экономического и социального развития страны и его направления, отражена в ряде исследований. Одним из общих выводов, который описан в статье, является положение о неэффективности революционной ломки существующих и насаждения заимствованных институтов, поскольку изменение институциональной структуры – процесс, требующий определенного времени и целенаправленных и систематических усилий государства, корректируемых в ходе их осуществления, и не являющийся результатом спонтанной самоорганизации.

One of the priority strategic directions of development of system of social-economic relations in Russia is the formation of institutions that ensure the reduction of transaction costs. The leading role of institutions as a factor determining the level of economic and social development of the country and its direction is reflected in a number of studies. One of the General conclusions described in the article is the position of the inefficiency of the revolutionary breaking existing and plantations borrowed institutions, since a change in the institutional structure is a process that requires time and, targeted and systematic efforts of the state, corrected in the course of their implementation, and is not the result of spontaneous self-organization.
